SNAP Analog/Digital Brain, Modicon Modbus Protocol
The SNAP-B3000-MODBUS brain is a high-performance processor designed to remotely control and acquire a mix of SNAP analog and digital I/O modules on a B-series rack. The brain communicates to any Modbus master device via RS-485 using the Modbus slave protocol in both ASCII and RTU modes. Brain functions include latching, counting, on/off status, and thermocouple linearization.
