We take after-sales support very seriously here at System Devices and we pride ourselves on not being just a ‘ship it, forget it‘ supplier!

This is why we offer a range of support contracts, which provide our customers with priority care as and when they need it. Our support packages come in three flavours:

  • Bronze Package
  • Silver Package
  • Gold Package

For each of these annual support packages, you the customer gets priority support over those that do not have a support package in place. The package features are not fixed either, we can tailor each to suit your own individual requirements.

    • Remote Support (Hardware dependant)
  • Silver Package:
    • Telephone Support
    • Remote Support (Hardware dependant)
    • On-Site Support
  • Gold Package:
    • Telephone Support
    • Remote Support (Hardware dependant)
    • On-Site Support
    • Annual Maintenance Visit
