SNAP-PAC Controllers

SNAP PAC S-series programmable automation controller (PAC) provide powerful, real-time control and communication to meet your needs. For example industrial control, monitoring, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and data acquisition. As part of the Opto 22 SNAP PAC System, one of these compact, industrially hardened controllers can handle multiple control, automation, and data acquisition tasks involving digital and analog control, serial string handling, PID, and enterprise and Internet connectivity.

Additionally, the SNAP-PAC-R1 can provide complete cell control on its own rack with I/O modules. Second to that, it can also control SNAP I/O and groov EPIC I/O units simultaneously for a larger system.

Breakout Boards

SNAP TEX cables and breakout boards are part of the SNAP TEX family of wiring and mounting accessories. SNAP TEX breakout boards move terminals away from the crowded rack area for easier installation and maintenance. Most boards can be
panel mounted or DIN-rail mounted. All breakout boards that come with a plastic extrusion can be panel mounted or DIN-rail mounted. *DIN-rail clips are sold separately.

Transducers

The ICTD-P3 is an immersion ICTD temperature probe, 1/4 inch in diameter. It is designed for use in liquid applications, for example thermowells within pipes. It can also be used to measure air temperature. The stainless-steel shell on this probe is isolated from the temperature element.

The ICTD temperature probe is used with ICTD analog input modules and is suited for air temperature measurement, for example in energy management, freezer control, and similar applications. Factory calibrated.

SNAP TEX Cables

SNAP TEX cables provide convenient connections from I/O modules to field wiring. Most cables are designed to connect to breakout boards; some cables have flying leads for direct connection to field devices.
