Technical Support Packages
While we are confident in the quality and reliability of our automation products and control solutions, there will inevitably be times when your team requires guidance and support. When this happens we aim for speed and excellence in customer care.
To provide peace of mind, we offer a range of annual support contracts to provide our customers with priority care as and when you need it. Our packages come in three levels so you can choose one to suit your company needs and budget.

Bespoke Support Packages
Package features are not fixed. If you require support outside of these parameters, please ask us about creating a bespoke customer care package.
Taking a support package is the best way to ensure you have access to immediate support as we give priority response to customers under contract. We aim to respond to all in-contract support calls within 24 hours.

Certified Technical Training Courses
We run in-person training courses for both Epson Robot and Opto 22 industrial IO products. These include:
- Basic Introduction to the Functions and Features of OPTO 22 SNAP PAC Control Systems
- Basic Introduction to the Function and Features of OPTO 22 GroovEPIC Control Systems
- EPSON Robot basic programming training
- EPSON Robot maintenance training
- EPSON Vision System basic training
About our Training
For a productive learning environment, the maximum capacity for any of our courses is four people.
Our training courses usually take place over a 3 day period at our offices in Runcorn. However, we are able to deliver courses at company premises, if required.
