About Asyfill Smart Hopper

Revolutionising part feeding, the Asyfill Smart Hopper completes Asyril’s intelligent solution. The combination of Asycube feeder, EYE+ Smart Control System and Asyfill ensures a high-performance Flexible Feeding process. Integration is very simple, and the parameters are set at recipe level on EYE+ Studio or Asycube Studio, so you can change series without any manual intervention on the hopper. In addition, its compact and integrated controller reduces hardware, cabling and footprint in your production machine, as a result providing a more efficient and customised solution.

Highlighting the Asyfill Smart Hopper

Depending on the parts you need to singulate, choose one of the five Asyfill Smart Hopper sizes – ranging from 1 to 14 litres. Vibration frequency is pre-tuned, and calibration can be easily performed on-site thanks to the integrated smart sensor. When utilising the Asycube 380 or 530 Flexible Feeders, the modular fixation kit is required to install Asyfill M or L at the ideal height. Different variants can be mounted on the short or long side of the Asycube Flexible Feeder.
